Khuzwayo said Musa Khawula’s tweet “insinuated” that he was HIV positive and the remarks were defamatory, hurtful and “undermine his reputation”.
Khuzwayo has filed papers at the Johannesburg High Court to serve Musa Khawula a letter through email or his Twitter account because he is evading his lawyer and sheriff.
Above R500 000, Khuzwayo is also demanding an apology and a written statement from the blogger, and a written agreement that he will not make further hurtful comments about him.

Taking to Twitter on 21 June, Musa Khawula claimed that Tbo Touch was “running Soweto TV to the ground” adding that the media personality pays himself three salaries for three different positions.
At the time, Sunday World reported that Tbo Touch was demanding that Khawula issue an apology or face a lawsuit.
“You made the statements for your personal benefit to boost your social media popularity and relevance without making any attempt to verify any facts concerning the matters that you have published on your Twitter account,” read a letter from Tbo Touch’s lawyers.
Khawula has since said that he was “not threatened” by Tbo Touch’s lawyers.
