With a bold fake news mark running across the page, the poster which could have easily deceived an applicant because of its close resemblance to a Department of Education media statement read:

The neediest candidates will be prioritized.

The requirements were as follows:

The post further informed applicants who wish to apply for the position should conform with the criteria, and that all appointments will be done at the Head Office to ensure equitable distribution of employment opportunities and to avoid biases.
If by any chance you bought into this ‘catchy’ post, unfortunately, it was fake.
Although such a programme exists from time-to-time, government would inform applicants about legitimate posts on its website.
