Inyosi Empowerment hosting a competition which is open to all qualifying black-owned business
owners within South Africa. All finalists and prize winners get to leverage off the game-

Documents needed to apply
- Business Plan detailing business operations, group structure, what the funding
requirement is and how it will assist business growth & job creation, - Signed Annual Financial Statements for the last 3-5 years,
- Management accounts for period post last financial year end,
- Financial forecast (Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow) for the next 3-5 years, and
- Detailed outline on what security is available for the loan funding (security
should be valued more than the loan funding), and - FICA documents.
What Inyosi fund
- Growth Capital
- Working Capital Financing
- Commercial vehicle finance
- Asset Finance
What Inyosi do not fund
- Inyosi do not fund the acquisitions of the shares in a company by a potential BEE shareholder but we do fund into existing black-owned companies
- Investments in liquor and tobacco related industries
- Illicit markets
- Start ups and companies with less than 3 years operational track record
Minimum Qualifying Criteria
- At least 51% black-owned,
- operational track record of at least 36 months,
- operate within the South African borders,
- have financial statements and management accounts,
- annual revenue between R1m and R50m, and
- no insolvency event has occurred or is likely to occur in the next 12 months.
