Kaizer Chiefs have welcomed the PSL Executive Committee resolution to allow football fans at the FNB Stadium against SuperSport United on 16 April.

On Tuesday, the PSL announced the return to vaccinated football fans at stadiums following an executive committee meeting which took place over two days.
However, the PSL, through chairman Irvin Khoza, said the fans will ONLY be allowed to go back at the stadiums from 8 April.

And that’s because that will be the weekend of the Nedbank Cup quarter-finals, and the league is responsible for all the logistics and issues of Covid-19 compliance.
While Khoza said some categorised matches will need to be re-categorized to welcome back the fans, Chiefs are ready to welcome their supporters back to the FNB Stadium.
