Tshabalala, who began his PSL football at Free State Stars, added to say he has not been desperate to find a new club.

The latest update now say the FIFA 2010 World Cup icon could be wearing the maroon and white of Swallow FC.

“[Simphiwe Tshabalala] is earmarked to start training with Swallows FC,” a report said in Soccer Laduma’s recent issue.

“When the Siya Crew approached Birds coach Dylan Kerr for comment, he confirmed that he has been informed that Tshabalala would be joining them for an assessment.”

Will we see “Shabba” in a Swallows shirt before the end of this season or in 2022/23? We shall find out in the next month or so.
